City of London

The Haberdashers' Company has its roots in the City of London, though its work is now spread across the Country in schools, almshouses and benefices, through its charitable giving and affiliations. Liverymen of the Company are entitled to vote at the election of Sheriffs and the Lord Mayor. Over the years a number of Haberdashers have been Lord Mayor. In the last century these were:
