A Testament to Dedication and Teamwork

Emily's leadership philosophy is centred around inclusivity and empowerment. Under her guidance, Hatcham Primary has earned the Inclusion Quality Mark Award, showcasing her vision of creating a safe and welcoming environment for all pupils. Her approach is evident in the school's vibrant atmosphere, where diversity is celebrated, and every child's heritage is honoured.

The impact of Emily's leadership extends beyond academic achievements. The school's recent 'Good with Outstanding features' rating from Ofsted highlights the exceptional curriculum and high expectations she has established. Ofsted noted:

School leaders are highly ambitious for all pupils. The school’s curriculum is very well thought out. Subject leaders have meticulously mapped out the key knowledge and subject-specific vocabulary and skills they want pupils to learn and when they should learn it.

Emily's Inspirational Journey

Growing up in the local area, Emily has always been committed to ensuring that every child succeeds through hard work, determination, and self-belief. Her dedication is reflected in the school's remarkable progress, with KS2 results placing Hatcham Primary in the top 1% nationally for reading and maths progress.

Emily's influence extends beyond the school gates. As Executive Head Teacher within the Haberdashers' Academies Trust South, she has provided crucial support to other schools during challenging times. Her advocacy for staff well-being and professional development has created a culture of collaboration and growth.
