The Livery Academy Awards Final 2024

Crayford Academy

Huge congratulations for our entrepreneurial sixth formers from Haberdashers’ Crayford Academy who did themselves proud at last night’s Livery Academy Awards Final at Mansion House in the City of London.

Their pitch for an interconnected watch and app that could help individuals take their nutritional health into their own hands and form better lifestyle habits was innovative and socially conscious.

The team rose to the challenge of creating a 'technology-supported solution aimed at ensuring a sustainable future' and came up with the idea for a tech-focused solution to answer the national obesity crisis and support the NHS. Their app 'Thrivera' used digital innovation and proved that in the right hands, tech and AI can be used as a force for good.

Collaborating with commercial partners such as Hello Fresh and Better Gyms, as well as local councils, they demonstrated a truly collaborative and forward-focused approach.

The Y12 student team represented all the Haberdashers' Academies Trust South and the wider Haberdasher schools brilliantly and their project highlights the unlocked potential of the #HaberdashersAdvantage.

Congratulations to all four teams taking part - a bright future awaits you all.
